He is survived by: his wife Rita Lewis; his son Allen Lewis (Emily); his grandchildren, Kessa (Zack), Allen Jr., Kaleb, Heaven, Angelina, Cadence, Serenity, Shadyn, Caylee, Evan and Landon; and his sisters, Jeannie (Terry), Carol and Peggy.
