Timothy left this world on January 25, 2025 at the age of 61, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Downs and Elizabeth Downs; and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his son Ryan; his former wife Terri Ann; and also, Dennis (Lisa), Matt and Tom (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
