She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry McIntosh and Helen McIntosh; her husband Ronell; and her siblings, Donald, Perry, Joseph, Ruth, Juanita and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Foucart, James Scholes, Patricia Hess, Tammie Hopper and Robert Scholes; and her grandchildren, Gordon Black, Ronell Black, Joseph Black, Terry D. Black, Daniel Black, John Hess, Jennifer Sidelko, Heaven Foucart, Mary Black, Erin Hopper, Timothy Foucart and Dixie Denson. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
