He was predeceased by: his parents, John Malkowski Sr. and Janina Malkowski; and his siblings, Carol Jones and James Malkowski. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, John Malkowski III, Donald Malkowski (Melissa), Veronica Lyles (Steven) and Daniel Malkowski (Cher); his grandchildren, Emma, Gracie, Madeleine, Avery and Cole; and his siblings, Ken Malkowski, Darlene Glaze (Tom), Kate Turczyn (late Mark) and Donna Malkowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
