She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lacey and Ida Lacey; her husband Robert W Wendland (Bob); her siblings, Vera Gillespie, Loraine Cairns and Robert Lacey; and her grandson Dennis P. Wendland Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Steven R. Wendland (Cindy), Dennis P. Wendland (Blanche), Randy W. Wendland (Bette) and Kevin J. Wendland (Tracey); her grandchildren, Denny, Ronnie, Joel (Jayme), Stephanie (Ryan), Jennifer (Paul), Alexandra, Leahandra (Paul), Tobin and Brecken; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Zane, Bowen, Samuel, Nate, Mia, Matthew, Amara, Sophia, Harper and Eleanor.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (202 E 5th St, Royal Oak, MI 48067). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at the Roseland Park Cemetery (29001 Woodward Ave, Berkley, MI 48072).
