He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Rutledge and Patrica Rutledge (Voorheis); and his brother Timothy Rutledge. He is survived by: his sons, Craig and Todd; his grandchildren, Erica, Tommy, Kelsey, Kaitlyn and Kimberly; his great grandchildren, Maddison, Holden and Leila; and his sisters, Ann Hevron, Jane Wyman (Robert), Kristina Klimicki (James) and Susan Panella (Anthony).
