He was predeceased by: his parents, Melbourne Bartindale and Margaret "Louise" Bartindale; his wife Elsie; and his siblings, Ivah "Ivy" Newman (Roy), Oswald "Doc" Bartindale (Ollie), Florence Dragich (George), Ruth Nagle (Roland), James "Jimmy" (Flossie) and Alice "Rosie" Ross (Bud).
He is survived by: his children, Margaret "Peggy" Bartindale and Daniel Bartindale (Julie Power) of Waterford; his granddaughter Emily Robertson (Travis); and his siblings, Nellie "Isabelle" Cole (late Gordon) of Sterling Heights, Yvonne "Buttercup" Fleming (late George) of London and Ontario. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, private services have been held.
