He is survived by: his sons, Tom Armstrong, Pete Armstrong (Carol) and Garry Armstrong (Lisa); his grandchildren, Brandi Armstrong, Terry Rosema, Jeanine Armstrong, Tom Armstrong (Tania) and Tara Borten; and his siblings, Don Armstrong and Marlene Windbacher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
