He was predeceased by: his father John Lawrence Moore; and his brothers, Thomas and David Andrew Moore. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Moore (Tipton); his wife Cindy (Peterson); his daughters, Tonya De Los (Hernan), Charity Crum (Luke) and Amanda De Los (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jacob, Enoch, Isaac, Jasmin, Marian of Caitlyn, D. J., Lucas, Yudexy and Gideon; his siblings, James Moore (Liz), Terri Tyler, Jeanie Rookus (Ken) and Brandy Hewitt; and his stepmother Sandra Moore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
