He is survived by: his wife Elissa Penczar; his children, Stanley Edward Penczar-Brown and Helen Frances Penczar-Brown; his siblings, JoAnne Cook (Bill), Barbara Berry (Dale Bush), Mary Lou Woodward and Jim Brown (Marea); his parents-in-law, Maryann Nordell and Andrew Penczar; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Brown, Karla Sturgill and Alvin Nordell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
