He was predeceased by: his parents, John Priese and Catharine Priese (Thornton); his wife Anna; and his grandson Alex. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy, Charles Priese II (Jamie) and William John Priese; and his grandchildren, Tonya, Austin, Elisabeth, Adrianna and Ashleigh Priese.
