She was predeceased by: her spouse Herberth E. Head, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Herberth III (late Helen), Kenneth (Lisa), Jeanine Miller (Glenn), Sharon Ward (Randall) and Kathleen Berliner (Jeffrey); and her sisters, Marian Jelley (late James), Eleanor Distel (Dan) and Rosemary Szpunar (Walter). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
