He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Forler and Lucille Forler; his significant other Joann Ozark; and his sister Constance Blaess (late Robert). He is survived by: his daughter Lynne Forler (Christy); and his grandson Joshua Majewski (Kaylee Michels). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Homes for our troops.
