He was predeceased by: his parents, John I. Crouse and Marjorie Crouse (Howard). He is survived by: his wife Linda Crouse (Engles); his children, Wesley and Amanda Crouse (Fran Stenger-Crouse); his brother Gerald O. Crouse; and his pets, Elvis, Marshall and Romeo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
