He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wallace Duvall and Grace Duvall Sr. (Ferrell); his wife Marlene; his children, Wallace Duvall III (Monica) and Kris Bognar; his stepchildren, Sindie (Tony Wonsowicz) and David Hickman; his grandchildren, Jonathan Duvall (Kim), Melissa Johnson (J. C.), Matt, Mike Bognar, Anthony, Sara Wonsowicz (Erik) and Stephanie Thieke (Don); his great grandchildren, Erik, Luke, Riley, Harlen, Mara and Aubree; and his siblings, Adella Isham (Bob), Ida Luenser, Jeanette Justin (Leon), Kathy Richards (Dennis), James Duvall (Diane) and Suzy Nocita (Charlie). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
