He was predeceased by: his parents, Huston Eubank and Agnes Eubank (Simpson); his wife Margaret Eubank (Zube); his daughter Tammy L. Just; and his siblings, Andrea Jackson (Bill) and Gary Eubank.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Reinke (Fred), Lorie Evola and Thomas VanDerHeyden; his grandchildren, Douglas (Taryn), Ashley, Frederick, Kristen, Sabrena (Josh), Anthony, Catherine, Dylan, Jonathon, Mya and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Kaylynn Kevin and Olivia; and his siblings, Keith Eubank, Laurie Cadieux (John), Janice, Hugh Eubank, Danny Eubank and Bruce Eubank.
