Kostka; her children, Christine O'Neil (Thomas), Mark Kostka (Patricia) and Cathy Soulliere (David); her grandchildren, Pamela Abdelnour (Michael), Thomas O'Neil (Samantha Hanley), Blake Kostka (Lauren), Valerie Mazzie (Alex) and Lauren Kostka (Jeremy Moses); and her great grandchildren, Luke Abdelnour, Rosalie Abdelnour, Cole Kostka, Harper Kostka, Henry Kostka and Lily.
