He is survived by: his parents, Mary Ellen Welling and Russell Mark Dixon, Sr. (Pam); his sisters, Renee Dixon (Michelle) and Jennifer Dixon (Adrian); his nieces and nephews, Paige, Blake and Aiden; and his grandparent Camelia Welling. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other close family members and friends.
