He is survived by: his wife Susan Hook; his children, Lee Lopez (Chris) and Nancy Williams; his grandchildren, Christopher, Samantha, Dylan and Alexis; his great grandchild Carmen; his sister Susan Miller; and his brother-in-law Terry Evanoff (Judith). He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
