He is survived by: his sons, Daniel, David (Courtney) and Douglas Mullins (Nicole); his grandchildren, Alek, Jake, Gage, Dillion, Addison and Murphy; his siblings, Tim (Cindy), George (Pam), Richard Mullins (Lynn), Kurt Mullins (Laura), Winifred Shomo, Renee Currens (Scott) and Gerald Mullins; and his sister-in-law Nora Mullins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
