He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Marie. He is survived by: his children, Robert Joseph Penman (Suzan), Richard Alan Penman and Sandra Todaro; his son-in-law William Todaro; his grandchildren, Robert Alan Penman (Jennifer), Brandy Penman, Richard Charles Penman (Rachel Kish), Eric William Todaro (Kayla) and Matthew Scott Todaro (Brianna); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Riley, Parker, Hayley, Vincent "Vinny", Wesley and Theodroe "Teddy"; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaylyn and Riley.
