He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Zwierzchowski and Martha Zwierzchowski (Dryer); and his siblings, Delores, Teresa, Chester, Mary Ann, Clement and Frances.

He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Ann Zwierzchowski; his sons, Philip Zwierzchowski (Kelly) and Eric Zwierzchowski (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Evan (Veronica), Shane and Campbell; and his siblings, Clancy, Barbara, Frank, Lorraine, Joe, Martha and Walter.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Michigan Humane Society.
