He is survived by: his wife Terri; his siblings, Lori Machalak (Larry) and Tim Mikula; his mother-in-law Patricia Moore; his siblings-in-law, Patrick Moore (Krista) and Shawn Moore; his nieces and nephews, Hope, Holly, Heather, Brandon, Kyle, Shane, Tino and Mariah; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cole, Frances, Kylee and Noah. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
