She is survived by: her children, Robert Chownyk (Gerie), Beverly Bishop, Barbara Cervantes, Richard Chownyk (Sandra), Ronald Chownyk (Jane) and Mark Chownyk (Lana Mini); her grandchildren, Robert Sloan (Angela), Jesse Kershaw (Julie), Robert Kershaw, Holly Kershaw, Jennifer DeBaene, Danielle Weller (Aaron), Christine Collier, Mike Florindi (Julie) and Mandy McQueary; her great grandchildren, Caitlin, Hunter, Calvin, Casper, Cosmo, Cash, Crosby, Fiona and Everett; and her friend Carol Huck. She is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial donations in memory of Pat are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
