He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Noble Sr and Mary Smith Sr. (Gensmer); his spouse Priscilla; his children, Noble (Sue), Brion (Lori), Gregory (Gina) and Michael (Traci); his grandchildren, Donald, Brionna, Troy, Easton and Kiara; and his siblings, Mary Alice Sullivan, Florence Kobleck and Anna Myers. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
