She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Layman and Margaret Layman; her husband Andrew Megge; her children, Judy, Anthony and Nancy; and her brother Virgil Layman (late Dolly).
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Megge (George Mayer); her sister Barbara Smith (Robert); her grandchildren, Nicholas Mayer (Maria), Stewart Mayer (Shellby) and Elizabeth Irmen (Charles); and her great grandchildren, Isabel, Luca, Lucy and Leah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be addressed to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or Hospice of Michigan.
