She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Alan Head; her son Steven Head (Leeann); her granddaughter Alissa; her siblings, Patsy Magill (Jim), Thomas Stokes (Jenene), Johnny Stokes (Colleen), Earl Hill Stokes Jr., Larry Stokes, Mary Blumenschein and Clyde Stokes; and her parents-in-law, Linda Dotson (Greggory), Mike Head (Kahlida), Bill Head (Nora) and Tim Head. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews and dear friends.
