She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orville Pomeroy and Elizabeth Pomeroy (Mellon); her husband James William Jacobsen; her children, Daniel Pomeroy (Michele), Elizabeth Stewart (Steven) and Theresa Young (Paul); her stepchildren, James and Jeanie Jacobsen; her grandchildren, Andrew (Jeanie), Lisa (Michael), Gabriel, Steven, Julia (Nickolas), Sarah (James), Crystal (Suhartha), Amanda, Ryan, Michael, Zachery, Brandon and Grace; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Beverly, Shreyan, Arthur and Amirah.
