He is survived by: his mother Paula Reese; his brothers, Rick Slater (Andrea) and Garrett Hoffman (Tiffany); his nieces and nephews, Krystal Cronovich (Brian), Zach Mudge (Allison), Hunter Williams, Tyler, Abbie Slater, Gabriel, Peyton, Ace and Cash Hoffman; and his great-nieces, Vivian and Stella Cronovich.
