He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth; and his brothers, Michael and Matthew. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda; his siblings, Kathleen Otto, Patrick and Frank (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Arianna, James, Kristopher, Alexandria, Abbigale, Ayden, Konner, Kady, Karlee and Jessika.
