It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert A. Liske Sr. of Roseville, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 4, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Liske and Genevieve Liske (Niemer); his son Mark; his granddaughter Kendra; and his siblings, Dorothy, Mary, Joseph and James.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Louise Johnson; his children, Gilbert (Bernice), Peter, Patricia and Toni Paynter (Paul); and his grandchildren, Michelle, Christine, Theresa, Peter, Tonya, Mark, David, Crystal, Damien, Justin, Kaitlyn and Samantha. He is also survived by many beautiful great grandchildren.
