He was predeceased by: his spouse Veronica; his child Daryl Zalovaka; and also Cynthia. He is survived by: his parents, Panfil Zalovaka and Mary Zalovaka; his children, DianePierce and David Zalovaka; his child-in-law Michelle Maynard-Zalovaka; his grandchildren, D. J., Devin and Wyatt; and his nieces and nephews, Gregory, Richard, Ronald and Raymond.
