He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Turner and Frances Turner; his wife Susan Rospierski; his sons, Frank Jr. Turner (Lauren), Scott Turner (Tracie) and Jason Turner (Jessica); his grandchildren, Lauren, Amanda, Braden, Addison, Murphy, Brock and Dempsey; his brother Fred Turner (Joann); and his brother-in-law Ernest Rospieski (Connie).
