He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Mayowski and Mary T. Mayowski (McCrann); and his brothers, Joseph P. Mayowski II and Terry Lee Mayowski. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl P. Maykowski; his daughter Brittanie "Deven" Williams; his grandchildren, Aundrea St Onge and Chanler Williams; his great grandchildren, Giovanni and Julien; and his nieces, Kathy "John" Evola and Cheryl Ann Christian (Tom).
