He is survived by: his mother Susan Hope Kilpela (Hardy); his daughter Abbi Collins-Wentworth; his close friend Gretchen Wentworth; his siblings, Don Collins (Shawn McCarthy), Colleen Habbel (Paul), Tammy Collins-Quinlan, Joshua Kilpela, Tony Plouffe and Frank Plouffe; his nieces and nephews, Jaiden, Donivan, Bryanna (Wade), Jacob, Justin, Kylee, Kaden and Katelynn; and his great-niece Eloise.
