He was predeceased by: his son Michael; his parents, Kenneth MacKenzie and Arda MacKenzie; and his brother Roderick MacKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Brian (Donna) and Christopher; his grandchildren, Matthew and Trystan; and his siblings, Suellen Zande (Leo), Peter MacKenzie (Nancy) and Douglas MacKenzie (Gwen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
