She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Behler and Crystal Behler; her husband Lawrence Bruss; and her brother Wilbur Behler. She is survived by: her son Keith Nelson (Leslie) of Melvin; and her great grandchildren, Kurt Nelson, Daniel Nelson, Amy Nelson and Eric Nelson (Emily).

Memorial Tributes can be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
