He is survived by: his children, Andrew John Kovalchik (Karen), Jean Susan Reider (Craig) and Ann Elizabeth Stephens (Mark); his grandchildren, Jessica, Holly, Lisa, Jill, Nathan, David and Heather; and his great grandchildren, Davin, Quinn, Greyson, Keilani, Aiden, Hailey and Sadie.
