He is survived by: his wife Dawn Simpson of Rose City; his children, Joann Duford (Jason) of Clinton, Chris Spegel (Simpson) of Phoenix, AZ and Thomas Simpson, Jr. (Sonia) of Deerfield; his sisters, Carrie Wilson (Richard) of Holly, Tammy Wegman (Dan) of Monroe, Geri Griffin of Monroe, Sarah Hounshel of Carleton, Lisa Boyer (James) of Westland and Michelle "Shelly" Calabrese of Morenci; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Zachary, Alissa, Allyson, Jessica, Cody, Emily and Abbigail.
