He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel and Marion Allen Sr. (Englert); his daughter Marion Hall; and his sister Deena Allen. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Beatrice Brockman; his wife Beatrice Allen of Rose City; his sons, Billy Allen, Michael Allen (Jenn Malone) of Lupton and Samuel Allen III (Cassandra) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Daniel, Billy, Lisa, Jaceb, Jared, Michaela, Ashley, Allyson and Anna; his great grandchildren, Liam, Levi, Scarlet, Jade and Mackenzee; and his brother James Allen (Bertha).
Visitation will be held with precautions, due to the current pandemic, limiting the number of attendees at a given time.
