He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Burton and Beatrice Burton (Matthews); and his brother Willard II. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Burton; his children, Richard Burton Jr., Laura Barron (Bill) and Tina Bond (Mike); his grandchildren, Emilly Roche (Jake), Tyler Martin, Christopher Bond (Lauren) and Heidi Martin; and his great grandchild Harper Bond. He is also survived by one great granddaughter and one great grandson expected; and many nieces, nephews, beloved brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, and close family friends.
