We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2020, at the age of 71, John Raymond Boring of Rose City, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Boring and Bessie Boring (Hartwell); and his siblings, Fred, Walter Boring, Inez Morse and Jesse Richards.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Boring of Rose City; his son Fred Boring of Houghton Lake; his stepson Dennis Crossno of Alpena; his grandchildren, Kloyie and Gabriel Boring; and his brother-in-law Robert Arendall of Rose City.

Visitation will be held with precautions, due to the current pandemic, limiting the number of attendees at a given time.

We were in scouts together and then attended Davison Schools until graduating in 1967. We reconnected on Facebook about 10 years ago. Was pleasantly surprised to watch his videos playing his guitar.
