Blakeley Jr. of Louisville, KY; his siblings, Iris McFadden, Mickie Puff, Robin Teeple, Anita Teeple and Randy Puff; his grandchildren, Cyle Blakeley, Michael Kramer and Ryan Molloseau; and his great grandchildren, Destiny Blakeley and Jaxon "Bubba" Blakeley.
