He was predeceased by: his parents, DeLaure Mayhew and Ethel Mayhew (Kuhn); and his grandson Brett Mayhew. He is survived by: his son Dale Mayhew; his grandchildren, Rachel Mayhew, Travis Mayhew and Breona Mayer (Richard); his great grandchildren, Isiah, Grayslyn, Arabella and Thor; and his siblings, Dean Mayhew (Eileen) and Blanche Blood.
