He was predeceased by: his niece Katie Welch. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Rouech and William Irwin Rouech III; his parents, William Irwin Sr. and Sylvia Rouech; his siblings, Cindy Mey (Randy), Sandy Welch (Jeff), Chris Rouech, Don Rouech (Kristi) and Amy Holt (Jeff); his nieces and nephews, Ben Mey, Lukas, Brent Welch (Tara), Nick Parker, Zack Parker, Olivia Rouech, Genna Holt, Vicki Hubel (Nick), Trista, Teagan, Jessica, Cathy LaLone and Ashton LaLone; and his brothers-in-law, Jim LaLone and Steven LaLone (Jodi).
