It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Kay Gugin (Roscommon, Michigan), born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on January 4, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Newberry and Lillian Newberry (Coryell); her husband John Gugin; and her sons, Johnny and Cecil Gugin.
She is survived by: her sons, Howard Gugin (April) of Manton and Jimi Gugin; her grandchildren, Chris, Natasha and Howie; her great grandchildren, Angelica, Toph, Cecil, Chloe, Charley, Aubrey and Brooklynn; and her brother Walter Newberry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Sharon's name to the Disabled Veterans National Foundation.
