He is survived by: his children, Sharlene Whelpley (George) of Saginaw, Randy Pelka, II of Farmington Hills and Ellen Spencer (Andrew) of Grayling; his grandchildren, Ashtion, Cadence, Madison, Barbara, Serenadee, Ariana, Xavier, Thomas, William, Miranda and Samuel; his brother Charles Pelka, Jr.; his niece Jamie Dixson (Bruce); and his nephew Charles Pelka, III. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
