He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Bachand); his sister Helene; and his sister-in-law Jackie. He is survived by: his wife Helen McCabe; his children, Jennifer Herceg (Jay Weisenbach), Ryan Tubbs and Rachel Florschuetz (Scott); his grandchildren, Ethan, Jase, Abby and Scott; and his siblings, Mitch, George Smith (Roberta), Lynn Papp (Janos) and Kathy Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
