He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice and Caro Clark, Sr. (Thompson); and his daughters, Jenny Clark and Christine Clark. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Rothgeb; his sons, Maurice Clark, III (Crystal) and Scott Daniel Clark (Abrah); and his sister-in-law Debbie Maupin. He is also survived by many grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers; five sisters.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Maurice's name to the American Liver Foundation.
