She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Curtis and Melba Curtis (Johnson); and her niece Melissa Beckman (Curtis). She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Zultak (Michael), Carol Curtis, Nancy Van Haezebrouck (George), Susan Green (Terrence), Richard Curtis (Janet) and Allan Curtis (Annette). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
